Step-3 Filing of Trademark Application

Filing of trademark application within 24 hours of documentation. After generation of the TM filing receipt, the applicant can use TM over the trademark

Step-4 Trademark Registration Certificate

If the application is not opposed by the trademark examiner and public at large, then the same gets registered, then the certificate of trademark registration is issued.
